I'm having a hard time putting things into words lately. Stephen is three. We celebrated his birthday with a day-before trip to EPCOT (at Stephen's request) and then a day-of lunch at Tijuana Flats (also Stephen's request), prefaced by a jaunt through the local art fest and a dip in the fountain. He is exceptionally articulate and uses words like obnoxious and hilarious and likes to tell me "MOM YOU ARE BEING ANNOYING RIGHT NOW!"
He still sleeps in a crib and keeps careful tabs on how many glasses of juice he's had in a day. His brothers are his "buds" and his tricycle is wearing a track pattern in the tile. Power Rangers, Ninja Turtles, and Star Wars are all the rage and he's quite sure he already knows how to read. (He doesn't). He insists on big long sloppy kisses and tight tight hugs.
He's loud and whacky and has the very best expressions. He's my Stever-Mc-Deever-Pants and I really hope he potty trains soon.
Happy Birthday, Kiddo. We love you more than I could ever even begin to put into words.
