So, we visited St. Augustine again yesterday. Partially because it's my birthday weekend and I love St. Augustine, but also because I thought it was a good learning experience for Kelly. I totally made her write a paper on it. I am SO mean.
It was a fun trip. We visited Castillo de San Marcos, the Spanish fort, and watched a reenactment of the cannons being fired. The boys thought that was pretty awesome and Kelly was able to get a great action shot of the gun exploding. We also ate lunch at a cute little patio restaurant downtown and then took a trolley tour of the city. It would have been nice to stay longer and see more sights, but it was blazingly hot and we were all kind of done. Next time we will shop, though. Next time!

Happy Birthday!!!
I've been there! My hubby had a business trip out there and I got to tag along WAY before kids. It's a beautiful town. Good food too.
And that fort is so neat.
Hope you had a great birthday! xo
make sure that before kelly leaves you teach her how to smile :-) Happy Birthday!
