In Somewhat Disturbing News, It Appears Google Knows Something We Don't.

Dear Google,

It is universally understood that you are on the forefront of everything. So, I think you can understand why, as a resident of the state of Florida, I am deeply concerned by what I discovered this morning.

After opening my Google Analytics account and viewing the map option, I saw this:

Having attended a few geography classes and also by way of living in Florida for the past twenty-six years, it occurred to me something didn't look quite right. I decided to put on my investigative journalist hat and do some digging. So, I hopped over to Google Maps and found this:

Which is exactly what I suspected. For those of you who have less experience in the field of reading and/or looking at maps, I have provided the illustrations below:

But then I remembered the satellite pictures on Google Maps aren't a live feed. Meaning they could have been taken last week, last month or even last year! Case in point:

So, my question to you, Google:
