Mommy MacGyver: What To Do When You Forget to Pack a Crib
Step One:
Find a couple of chairs. (Preferably ones that are the same or similar. With arms).
Step Two:
Put the chairs together.
Step Three:
Pad the chairs. (A wash cloth in the crack before you start with the blankets is key).
Step Four:
Test with a baby. (Stand close. You know, just in case).
Step Five:
Put kiddo to bed. (And don't be surprised when he gets a better night's sleep than you).

That is hilarious!!! Good idea Mommy....
Ah, yes... I had to use all kinds of creativity when we galavanted around Korea for a month last summer and of course I had no crib for Alex... creative indeed! Then we came home and he refused to sleep in his crib. I should have used the chair method! :)
Genius!!
Haha - love it. I would have probably just used a drawer... ;o)
Awesome. You rock!

Love it. The best part is that even if I didn't know for sure, I would automatically guess that this wasn't your first baby. Indeed, with the third you improvise. And with the first, you wouldn't have dreamt of forgetting a crib! (Or, maybe I'm reading too much into this...)
Most hotels have pack and plays on hand if you call downstairs they bring you one.
Brilliant. Just brilliant.
