So, As It Turns Out, I've Taken This Blogging Thing More Seriously Than Originally Anticipated.

Eighteen months, five hundred posts (yes, five HUNDRED!) and three blogs later, my little experiment in public diary has taken on a life of its own.

Through blogging (as anticipated!) I've stayed in touch with loved ones I am unable to see on a regular basis and included them intimately in my family's day-to-day life. Additionally (and totally unanticipated!) I've made some fantastic new friends. (A few of whom I've even met in REAL LIFE!).

To further these relationships, Hubs is throwing me into the lion's den sweetly sending me on a trip to New York City for BlogHer '10. (Thank you!). The conference pass is purchased (one of the last few!) and the room deposit has been paid. But I still have to GET there (and, you know... pay for the rest of the room).
