There's a little mom and pop, super authentic, Chinese place near our house. We don't get take-out often, but when we do this place is on the short list. Keeping my fingers (and toes) crossed that it survives the economy!________________________

my fave - hot and sour soup. We have a little Chinese take-out place close to our house, but unfortunately it's nasty.
